In-Depth Interviews (IDIs): IDIs are 30 to 60 minute One-on-One interviews, conducted by senior TMTG consultants trained in moderation techniques, with domain experts, typical end users, or policy makers that influence adoption of a product or process. IDIs can be conducted face-to-face or virtually through the internet.

Face-to-face Dyad Interviews (two targets) and Triad Interviews (three targets).

Results from 10-12 interviews typically yield reproducible outcomes that reflect the views of the larger segment.
